Man And Woman Arrested For Drug Possession
On December 26, 2011 Officer Kidd was dispatched to the 200 Block of Cold Springs Drive for a domestic and ended up seizing a large amount of drugs and drug paraphernalia. Both occupants of the residence were arrested pending trial.
Vehicle Crash: 100 Block Of Zions View Road
On February 12, 2012 Officer's were dispatched to the 100 Block of Zions View Road for a single vehicle accident. A vehicle Westbound crossed the center lane and stuck the embankment severely damaging the vehicle. No injuries were reported.
Man Arrested For DUI
On February 11, 2012 a York man was arrested for DUI in Mount Wolf Borough. The man was released after fingerprinting and processing.
Juvenile Arrested For Disorderly Conduct...
On February 2, 2012 Officer's arrested a 16 year-old juvenile in the 200 Block of Maple Street in Manchester Borough for Disorderly Conduct. The juvenile reportedly was challenging passing motorists to fight after banging on their trunks as they stopped at stop signs.

On March 24, 2012 at 3:13 PM traffic was blocked in the 4200 Block of N. Sherman Street for a vehicle accident involving a York man who lost control of his vehicle while negotiation a curve. On March 25, 2012 at 12:26 P.M. traffic was blocked due to a single vehicle accident on Musser St. just West of Boundary Avenue in Manchester Borough. The juvenile driver was not injured. Verizon was contacted to repair a telephone pole that was struck.

Attempted Child Abduction In Mount Wolf Borough
On March 25, 2012 at 9 P.M. a white male approximiately 20 to 30 years of age,
5' 10" in height, 160 to 170 lbs. wearing all black clothing, a black ski mask, and black gloves with the finger tips cut off approached a child in the 100 Block of North Second Street in Mount Wolf Borough and made a motion to come to him while walking toward the child. The actor then got close enough and reached out to grab the child but was scared off by another child exiting the residence. The actor fled on foot North on North Second Street and was last seen turning East onto Chestnut Street. If anyone has any information regarding this possible child abduction, please call the Northeastern Regional Police Department immediately.

P.M. a Tactor Trailer combination was traveling East on Canal RD attempting to turn right on to Willow Springs LN and became stuck on a guide rail. No injuries were reported. Traffic was delayed for approximately 1 Hour.

On March 28, 2012 at approximately 2 A.M. a woman was arrested for Harassment during a domestic dispute in the 100 Block of Lincoln Place. The woman was cited on scene and released.

On March 26, 2012 at approximately 1 A.M. Officers stopped a York man who had just committed a Burglary in Newberry Township. The man was released to Central Booking and Newberry Township Police filed charges. The man was fleeing the scene in Newberry Township where he had stolen a generator from a residence.
Man Arrested For DUI And Resisting Arrest in East Manchester Township
On March 31, 2012 at approximately 10 P.M. a Manchester man led police on a short pursuit and was subsequently stopped on N. George near Forge Hill Road. The man resisted arrest while being taken into custody for DUI. After treatment for his injuries he was processed and arrainged.

Missing Juvenile Caught In Manchester Borough In Possession Of Stolen Car
On April 5, 2012 around midnight Officer's were called to a residence on York Street in Manchester Borough to apprehend a juvenile who was reported missing. Upon arrival the juvenile was found to be in possession of a stolen vehicle. The juvenile was turned over to authorities and parents of the originating jurisdiction.

On April 9, 2012 around 1 A.M. Officer's were called to a residence in the 500 Block of Apple Tree Lane for a prowler. The homeowner reported seeing a man standing on the back porch peering inside the residence. The man fled in an unknown direction and a good description was not obtained. Missing Child Found In East Manchester
On April 12, 2012 an 11-year-old girl went missing for approximately 2 hours at around 3:30 A.M. She had woken up at approximately 3:30 AM and for an as yet unknown reason, walked out of her home in her pajamas and bare feet. She was found by search rescuers. The girls was treated for exposure at York Hospital.

On April 13, 2012 a Manchester woman turned herself into police for Felony charges of retail theft. The woman was taken into custody and tranported to Central Booking for processing and arraignment.

Hit and Run Accident In East Manchester
On April 14, 2012 Officers were dispatched to the Dollar General in East Manchester Township for a hit and run accident. A blue Dodge Durango was struck by an unknown vehicle which fled the scene without exchanging information. Fatal Crash In East Manchester Township Kills a York Man
Northeastern Regional Police are investigating a fatal one vehicle crash that happened in the 5200 block of North George St. Extended in East Manchester Township. Thursday April 12, 2012 at approximately 10:55 PM a Ford Ranger pick-up left the roadway striking a guardrail and telephone pole. The vehicle went down an embankment and then struck a boat on a trailer and full sized pick-up truck parked in a driveway. The Ranger also struck a house before coming to rest on its roof in a driveway. No one in the house was injured but the 25-year-old male driver of the vehicle was deceased at the scene. The 21-year-old female passenger was flown to York hospital with a head injury.
Any witnesses to this crash are asked to contact the Northeastern Regional Police.

On April 15, 2012 at approximately 10:30 A.M. Officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of East Parkview Rd for a Burglary report. Actors entered the home and stole several items from the residence including cash, collectible coins and guitars. If anyone has any information you are asked to call the Northeastern Regional Police.

On April 16, 2012 at just before midnight officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of Cold Springs Circle in Manchester Borough for a domestic. Alex Scott of Manchester is being arrested for Assault and charges are pending.

On April 17, 2012 shortly before midnight officers were dispatched to Cold Springs Circle in Manchester Borough for a domestic. Subsequently a Manchester woman was arrested for DUI as she was attempting to leave the domestic as officers arrived. Charges pending.

On April 18, 2012 at shortly before 1 P.M. Allexander Kassebaum was arrested at the Giant Foods in East Manchester Township for Retail Theft. Kassebaum was released to York County Central Booking for processing.

On April 18, 2012 around 8:30 P.M. officers were dispatched to the intersection of Willow Springs Ln and Canal Rd for a two vehicle crash. No injuries were reported but one motorist was cited for traffic violation.

Two Juveniles Under Investigation For Fighting At the Northeastern High School
On April 20, 2012 at shortly before 9 A.M. officers were dispatched to the Northeastern High School for a reported fight between two juveniles. The fight is under investigation at this time.
Cow Shot And Killed With Bow And Arrow In East Manchester
Sometime between April 21 at 6 P.M. and 9 A.M. on April 22 someone shot and killed a cow in the 200 Block of Gravel Hill Rd in East Manchester Township. The cow recently gave birth to a calf and the owners are trying to hand feed the calf in a hopes it will survive without its mother's milk.

K-9 Sniff At Northeastern High And Middle School conducted on 4-20-12
On April 20, 2012 with a combined effort from the Northeastern Regional Police, Newberry Township Police, York Area Regional Police and the Springettsbury Township Police a K-9 search of the schools were conducted. Several "hits" were indicated by the K-9's and investigated.
At this time one juvenile is under investigation for possession of a controlled substance.
Arrest Made: Cole Allen Davis Of York Haven Arrested For Cow Slaying.
Northeastern Regional Police have made an arrest after developing leads which led investigators to the actor. Cole Allen Davis has been charges with Kiling a Domestic Animal and Agricultural Vandalism after he admitted to shooting a cow with a bow and arrow. There was no immediate reason as to why Davis shot the cow. It seems to have been a random act of violence. Thank you to all the people who came forward and helped our department solve this case!
Crash In East Manchester Township
On April 22, 2012 at approximately 11:52 A.M. Officers were dispatched to the 4100 Block of North Sherman Street for a single vehicle accident. It was reported that the Mercury Sable failed to negotiate a curve and crashed over an embankment.
No injuries were reported. The crash is still under investigation. If anyone witnessed the crash you are asked to contact the Northeastern Regional Police.
Juvenile Cited For Lighting Paper On Fire In School.
Police were dispatched to the Northeastern High School on April 23, 2012 for a report from school officials stating that a juvenile had lit a paper on fire.
The juvenile will be cited for the violation.
Mount Wolf Woman Arrested For Drug Possession and Warrants In Manchester Boro
On April 24, 2012 Tabitha J. Slick was arrested for Officers on Warrants and possessing drug paraphernalia in the 100 Block of High Street.
Slick was taken into custody and released to Central Booking for processing.

On April 24, 2012 around 1:30 A.M. Tracey Lee Emig was arrested for DUI near the 100 Block of South Main Street in Manchester Borough.
Emig was released to Central Booking for processing.

On April 25, 2012 Officers were dispatched to the Verizon sub-station in the 100 Block of Cooper Street for a reported Burglary. Unknown actor(s) illegally removed spools of verizon wire sometime overnight.

On April 26, 2012 around 2 A.M. Jesse D. Henry was arrested for DUI on Zions View Rd in East Manchester Township.

On April 27, 2012 Officers were dispatched to the Northeastern Middle School for a report of a fight between two students.
Both students are being cited for Harassment and were released to their parents.

Mount Wolf Man Arrested For Public Drunkeness
On April 28, 2012 around 3:30 A.M. Officers were dispatched to Tiger Alley and Walnut Street for a man lying unconscious on the sidewalk. Zachary T. Roberts was arrested for Public Drunkeness and released to his father and medical personell.
Four Vehicle Crash In East Manchester Township
On April 28, 2012 around 10:30 A.M. Officers were dispatched to Beshore and Koller Ford for a four vehicle crash. Two vehicles almost collided on North George Street and then one vehicle veered into the parking lot at Beshore and Koller Ford damaging three vehicle. No injuries were reported.

On April 29, 2012 around 1:30 A.M. Rocky A. Wolf of Manchester was arrested for DUI in the 200 Block of North Main Street.

On April 30, 2012 around 11:30 A.M. Officers were dispatched to the 5000 Block of North Sherman Street for a two vehicle accident.
One man was cited for following too closely to another vehicle. No injuries were reported.

On May 2, 2012 around 10:15 A.M. Officers were dispatched to the 4300 Block of Board Road for a Hit and Run accident. Unknown motorist(s) struck a farm sign and left without giving information.

Man Crashes Truck Into Business
On May 9, 2012 at approximately 5 AM Caleb Groff crashed his vehicle into the Dr. Stephen S. Grim Chiropractic Health Center in Manchester Borough.
